About premium Wulong tea(Oolong tea): Oolong tea was first produced around 400 years ago of wuyi mountain of the Fujian province. Fuji province of China is still the biggest exporter of oolong tea throughout the world, and oolong is a distinctive cultural icon of China. Fujian Province offers the most suitable natural environment for the cultivation of tea. In weather terms, the annual average temperature in the province is about 18℃, there is a big difference between morning and evening temperatures, and mist tends to form easily. In particular, Mt. Wu Yi Shan in the Province has been well known as a tea producing area since the Sung Dynasty. This is the original home of all teas, including oolong tea, in the world.

Premium Oolong tea is refined by selected tea leaf that from Anxi county,where  is well known  home of Tieguan Yin Tea. The local tea farmer has the tradition of employing traitional method to plant and pick tea leaf only twice a year, on spring and autumn. So the Oolong tea comes from Anxi county with good taste and without farm chemical.

How to prepare oolong tea :
1. Fill a kettle with water and bring to a boil.
2. Use one tea bag /one and a half teaspoon of tealeaves for one cup.
3. Pour the hot steaming water over the tea bag/tealeaves into the mug.
4. Let the tea steep for a minimum of three to four minutes.
5. Strain (if using tealeaves) and add sugar to taste.
