About oolong tea(tie guanyin tea): Oolong tea was first produced around 400 years ago of wuyi mountain of the Fujian province. Fuji province of China is still the biggest exporter of oolong tea throughout the world, and oolong is a distinctive cultural icon of China. Fujian Province offers the most suitable natural environment for the cultivation of tea. In weather terms, the annual average temperature in the province is about 18℃, there is a big difference between morning and evening temperatures, and mist tends to form easily. In particular, Mt. Wu Yi Shan in the Province has been well known as a tea producing area since the Sung Dynasty. This is the original home of all teas, including oolong tea, in the world.

Top-grade Oolong tea is refined by selected tea leaf that from Wuyi moutain in spring of 2012. The local tea farmer has the tradition of employing traitional method to plant and pick tea leaf only twice a year, on spring and autumn. How to prepare oolong tea:
1. Fill a kettle with water and bring to a boil.

4. Let the tea steep for a minimum of three to four minutes.
5. Strain (if using tealeaves) and add sugar to taste.
